This research aims to discover the factors that influence the success of the implementation of Enterprise Resorce Planning at PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of Bali with a model of successful implementation of ERP as appropriate. The study was conducted by taking the samples of the employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of Bali that become the ERP users (in this case SAP). The main instrument of the data collection is in the form of questionnaires and measured by Likert scale. The number of respondents in this research is 70 respondents. The methods of data analysis used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a successful model approach of DeLone and McLean information systems.
The results of this study indicate that the model of ERP implementation at PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Bali is influenced by three variables: system quality, information quality and net benefits with a value of degree of freedom 24 and chi-square 30.295 count. The quality of the SAP system has a positive significant effect on the net benefits of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of Bali with the path coefficient of 0.53. SAP information quality has a positive significant effect on the net benefits of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of Bali with the path coefficient of 0.52. The quality of the SAP system and SAP information quality positively influences each other significantly with the path coefficient of 0.66. And the aggregate quality of the SAP system and information quality SAP jointly affects the net benefits of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of Bali positively and significantly with the path coefficient of 0.92.
Compared to the quality of information, the quality of the SAP system provides a slightly larger effect on the net benefits (benefits) that can be obtained on the application of ERP in PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of Bali. In order to get more benefits from the implementation of SAP, the quality of information produced by the SAP system at PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Bali needs to be improved.
